Free BBQ from 18:00 and Saving Private Ryan 19:30 Film Club's 20th Anniversary & Steep's D-Day 80 Celebration
To celebrate both the Film Club’s 20th Anniversary and D-Day 80 we are holing a free BBQ from 18:00 with a donation Bucket for the RBL followed by a Special Licence screening of “Saving Private Ryan” – all box office taking go to the RBL
Guests (who chose not to register, which is free, or turn up on the door) £8
Max 70 attendees priority to members and pre-booked tickets
We will offer the usual Bar and Ice Cream – ideally you will have the correct cash!.
BBQ from 18:00 – Free, but donation bucket for RBL. Bar open.
Film: Doors Open 19:30 for bar and social. 20:00 start of the film.
IF ALL EXPECTED ATTENDEES HAVE ARRIVE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO START THE FILM EARLY.
Latecomers are requester to enter via the rear doors.

Synopsis:
Set in France in 1944 shortly after the Normandy invasion. The story concerns a squad of U.S. Army soldiers on a perilous assignment behind enemy lines. The mission: to risk their lives to save the life of one man, paratrooper James Ryan. Ryan is the last survivor of a family of four brothers, the rest of whom have been killed in action.
